Don’t want to stress out?  Meditate…

Want to align your chakras?  Mediate…

It’s my absolute favorite thing to do now!  I hope there’s no hidden, weird side effects because I will have them all!

I hope it doesn’t f me up too much because I just randomly choose guided mediations that catch my fancy on YouTube.

I like them with British or Australian accents and I like them short — 15 or so minutes.
